If you are a California Business intending to purchase merchandise for resale, we require you to fill out the following resale card. Otherwise we will add the Current California Sales Tax of 9.00% to your order. Please print out this form and fax it to our offices at 323-266-3323. Once received, all future shipments will not be charged tax, unless you purchase merchandise for personal use.
